ONLINE GIVING AT LIVING HOPE..

If you are a member or regular attendee of Living Hope Community Church looking to give online, please enter our secure online giving web page.

If you’re a first-time guest or a non-Christian, we don’t want your money, we’re just glad to have you with us. If you visit a Sunday service, fill out a visitor card and drop it in the offering basket during service so we can get to know you. That’s your contribution to our service and ministry.

For those who call Living Hope home, however, giving cheerfully and sacrificially of our finances is part of our worship. A believer labors not to accrue personal wealth or possessions, but to steward God's resources well and model Jesus to brothers, sisters, and our world.

Our work is an effort to serve our Lord Jesus Christ in all things, and one of the primary ways we serve God is by cheerfully giving God our “firstfruits” (2 Corinthians 9:7; Proverbs 3:9). We call our members to give, not by meeting a simple percentage, but by digging deep and sacrificing for the sake of the gospel because Jesus sacrificed for us, and we desire to follow him in all things.

We list our weekly giving surplus or deficit in our weekly program so that the church and our guests can see how we’re doing as a body in meeting our financial needs. We thank those who have helped us meet these needs and pray that those coming and remaining would join in faithful, consistent, godly giving as Scripture instructs.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...
Q:  Is it safe to give online?
Yes.  In many ways giving online is safer than writing a check in that an electronic gift cannot be lost or stolen.

Q:  What types of bank accounts can I give from?
You can give online from either your credit card and/or debit card.

Q:  Are there any fees involved with giving online?
No.  You will not pay any fees with an online gift.  In addition, online gifts are a more cost efficient way for the church to process donations.

Q:  Can I make a one-time contribution?
Yes.  The system allows you the option of either making a one-time contribution or setting up a recurring contribution that is scheduled to come out of your credit card and/or debit card account at dates specified by you during the month.

Q:  If I want to set-up a recurring gift, what are my options for frequency of my gift?
For recurring gifts, you have the option of giving weekly, twice a month, every two weeks or once a month.

Q:  Can I review my donation history online?
No.  We can at any time provide you with that information through the church office. Our Treasurer will give you that information at your request.

Q:  Will I still receive regular contribution statements from the church?
Yes.  The church will continue to send contribution statements to your address on file for tax purposes.

Q:  When will contributions be taken from my account?
Contributions will be taken from your specified credit card and/or debit card account within 10-30 minutes once you have recorded the contribution.  If the date of your contribution falls on a weekend or a holiday, the transaction will be initiated on the next banking day.

Q:  Can I designate my gift to a particular fund or mission?
Yes.  Select under contributions how you want your gift to be applied by choosing one of the categories.

Q:  How will I know that I set up my gift correctly?
Immediately after setting up your contribution, you will receive an e-mail.

Q:  Does it matter which internet browser I use?
The online giving program was designed to work most effectively on the Internet Explorer or a Firefox browser.

Q:  If I have additional questions about online giving that have not been addressed.  Who can I talk to?
For any questions, concerns or comments about the online giving system, please contact our church office by e-mail at life@nwi.net or by phone at (509) 662-2558.  You will receive a response from our staff as soon as possible.
